Sindhia wants to understand your full picture before recommending anything: your history, symptoms, sleep, relationships, what's actually disrupting your day. From there she builds a plan that reflects your situation — not a template. Medication, supportive therapy, or a combination, depending on what makes sense. Follow-up visits keep the plan on track. And when things change — which they do — she adjusts. That's the point of having an ongoing relationship with a provider rather than seeing someone new every visit.
